Terms and Conditions

1. We guarantee delivery on the specified date, but we cannot guarantee delivery at any particular time.

2. Although we strive to deliver around the mentioned delivery time, we do not guarantee it.

3. Rakhi items like Rakhi Thalis, Sweets, Gifts, etc., are dispatched through courier and are sent from our end well in advance.

4. We are responsible for delays in dispatch from our warehouse but not for delays at the logistic partners' end.

5. We shall dispatch all non-tracking Rakhi orders from our end.

6. Non-tracking orders will not be tracked for delivery, and we will not entertain complaints for non-delivery.

7. Customers are requested to connect with their recipients for delivery confirmation.

8. Recipients may need to check the local post office, designated post box, or community drop box for their parcel.

9. Images of Rakhis and related products shown are indicative and actual arrangements may vary slightly.

10. Based on stock availability, items or models like Rakhis, sweets, and gifts may vary.

11. We reserve the right to provide an alternate item or model of similar or higher value to customers.

12. The cut-off time for same-day delivery, including midnight orders, is 4 pm IST.

13. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed as next-day delivery/dispatch orders.

14. For urgent orders placed post cut-off time, please call us to try and process it the same day.

15. Delivery charges within the city are free, but additional charges may apply for off-location or remote areas.

16. Orders will be on hold until we receive any update on additional delivery charges from you.

17. If no response is received in 5 days regarding extra delivery charges, we will cancel the order and refund the amount.

18. Delivery may be rescheduled due to floods, heavy rains, strikes, lockdowns, Covid-19 precautions, or other reasons beyond our control.

19. If no delivery date is mentioned, we will assume it to be for the same day and dispatch within 24 hours.

20. To cancel an order, customers must do so at least 24 hours before the delivery/dispatch date, with a 7% deduction for credit card processing expenses.

21. Order modification can be done only 1 day prior to the delivery date between 8 am to 8 pm.

22. For any complaint or dissatisfaction, customers must contact us within 48 hours with an image of the delivered product.

23. Based on the complaint, we may refund or redeliver the order at our sole discretion.

24. If the receiver or representative is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered.

25. For hand-delivered perishable items, we may call the recipient to take an appointment for delivery.

26. If the recipient or representative is not there to collect at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered.

27. RakhiSutra.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order unconditionally, with a full refund to the customer.

28. The responsibility for product quality lies with the respective brand owners.

29. For international deliveries, customs duty, VAT, or Octroi charges must be borne by the customer/recipient.

30. By accepting our T&C, you agree to receive our communications, notifications, newsletters, and promotional matters through various media channels.
